About Journal Finder

Journal Finder is an integrated search interface that uses specific periodical titles to find the full-text of journal, magazine, and newspaper articles. It does NOT look for the full-text of books, conference proceedings, or other such materials. Here's a brief demonstration.

If Journal Finder can find the title, icons will appear that indicate how you can find full-text access in up to four ways:

  1. Electronic access (the monitor icon)
  2. Print, microfilm, or microfiche (the book)
  3. Interlibrary loan (the envelope)
  4. Other libraries where you can search their online catalogs to see if they carry the journal you need (the car)

We don’t recommend that you use Journal Finder to research articles on a particular topic. To do this, use the library’s databases and then use Journal Finder to locate full-text for you.
